Radio Fantôme werd bedacht en geprogrammeerd door Nick Aikens en Els Silvrants-Barclay voor The Woman Who Thought She Was a Planet. De radio zendt gedurende het festival (20-22 juni) live en vooraf opgenomen uitzendingen uit vanuit haar studio in Fobrux en op verschillende locaties in Buda. Deze kunnen ook via de live player op deze website beluisterd worden.

De presentatoren van Radio Fantôme zijn Nick Aikens, Kübra Avci, Lionel Galand, Silke Gordon, Els Silvrants-Barclay en Annelore Van Gool. Carola Caggiano is een Spaans-Argentijnse muzikante. Haar geluid is geïnspireerd op haar halve kennis van het universum, de fysica en sciencefiction – maar vooral op haar fantasieën daarover. / Carola Caggiano est une musicienne hispano-argentine dont le son s’inspire de sa demi-connaissance du cosmos, de la physique et de la science-fiction – mais surtout de ses propres fantasmes à leur sujet. / Carola Caggiano is a Spanish-Argentine musician inspired by her half-knowledge of the cosmos, physics and science fiction, but above all by her fantasies about them.

Compagnie Radix (Delphine Dutoit & José De Jong met Alejandro Rivas Cottle & Ermias Kifleyesus) maakt speelse, interactieve, theatrale creaties die in dialoog gaan met de stedelijke realiteit van vandaag, met en voor jonge publieken. Ze organiseerden geluidsworkshops met jongeren van het Buitengewoon Secundair Onderwijs de VeSt in Vilvoorde en G.C. De Linde in Haren over de toekomst van Buda. / Compagnie Radix (Delphine Dutoit & José De Jong avec Alejandro Rivas Cottle & Ermias Kifleyesus) crée des œuvres théâtrales ludiques et interactives qui dialoguent avec les réalités urbaines actuelles, avec et pour les jeunes publics. Lionel Galand is een sociaal bemiddelaar die participatieve kunstworkshops organiseert, vaak met audio. Hij is medeoprichter van Radio Marie-Christine, een participatieve buurtzender in Laken. / Lionel Galand est médiateur social qui organise des ateliers d’art participatif, souvent autour de l’audio. Bruno Forment is hoofdonderzoeker van de onderzoeksgroep Resounding Libraries aan het Orpheus Instituut, met een bijzondere interesse in opera, scenografie, oude en elektronische muziek. / Bruno Forment est chercheur principal du groupe de recherche Resounding Libraries à l’Institut Orpheus, avec un intérêt particulier pour l’opéra, la scénographie, la musique ancienne et électronique. / Bruno Forment is the lead researcher of the ‘Resounding Libraries’ research group at the Orpheus Institute, with a particular interest in opera, scenography, early and electronic music.

Kitchen Broadcast is een lopend online gesprek dat luistert naar diverse stemmen, ritmes en klanken die de actuele situatie in Brussel weerspiegelen. RITCS (The Royal Institute for Theatre, Cinema and Sound) is een Brusselse School of Arts voor de audiovisuele kunsten, drama, podiumtechnieken, media, events en onderzoek. Derdejaarsstudenten radio van RITCS, begeleid door Jeroen Vandesande en Luc Haekens, werkten zeven weken lang in een atelier rond Buda. / RITCS (The Royal Institute for Theatre, Cinema and Sound) est une école d’arts à Bruxelles spécialisée dans les arts audiovisuels, le théâtre, la technique scénique, les médias, l’événementiel et la recherche. Els Silvrants-Barclay is curator, onderzoeker en docent. Ze focust op wat kunst kan zijn en kan doen buiten de eigen instellingen, en in relatie treedt met steden, landschappen, ruimten, en hun politieke dimensies. / Els Silvrants-Barclay est commissaire, chercheuse et enseignante. Elle s’intéresse à ce que l’art peut être et faire en dehors de ses propres institutions, lorsqu’il est mis en relation avec les villes, les paysages, les espaces et leur dimension politique. / Els Silvrants-Barclay is a curator, researcher and educator and focuses on what art can be and do outside of its own institutions, when brought in relation to cities, landscapes, spaces, and their politics.

Annelore van Gool studeerde geschiedenis en volgt momenteel een opleiding radio aan het RITCS. Ze werkt ook als audiomaker voor het schrijverscollectief Fixdit en het literaire tijdschrift De Gids. / Annelore van Gool studied history and now radio at RITCS. / Annelore van Gool a étudié l’histoire et poursuit actuellement une formation en radio au RITCS. Elle travaille également comme créatrice audio pour le collectif d’écrivaines Fixdit et la revue littéraire De Gids. / She also works as an audiomaker for the writers collective Fixdit and the literary magazine De Gids.
